When I first stepped in the gym I had no freaking clue what I was doing!! Firstly I started just doing pump, Zumba, step and functional fitness classes! I only just walking past and looking at what the other people were doing on the “big weights” side.
One day I then decided I’m going to teach myself how to do everything. I was a consistent YouTube user whilst training to make sure I was doing things correctly. I’m sure I looked very uncoordinated 😅 But I gave it a shot! I didn’t care what everyone else was doing but myself.
I’m posting this post to the people who want to start hitting up the gym but

have no clue what they’re doing! I just want you to start.
You are what you repeat! You will become that gym girl. You just need to be consistent.
Either do your own research or hire a coach that knows what they are doing. Find a coach who cares about you and your progress and teaches you correct form and activation.
You seriously won’t regret it 6 months from now. I know you’ll feel a difference in yourself inside and out!
I hope this post makes you realise you don’t have to be at my training stage to start training. But if you do want to be better at it- you better get your butt of the couch now!!
