Building a perky booty is not as easy as just doing resistance bands Hipthrusts and clams! You need to put the real work with heavy DB’s, KB’s and BB’s.

Now that you have some exercises you can’t just complete them each week with the same weight, sets and reps. You actually need to put extra stress on the body in order for it to adapt and change. This means progressive overloading the muscle in order for in to grow and get stronger 💪
